✓ How do I book a trip?
Call or WhatsApp (+267) 72 513 355, or email bookings@tovytraveltours.co.bw. You can also fill in our Contact form and we will get back to you within 2 hours.
✓ Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat. Full payment is required before departure. Payment can be made via EFT, mobile money, or cash.
✓ Where are the pick-up points?
We pick up from Jwaneng, Gaborone, and Francistown. Specific pick-up locations and times are shared when you book.
✓ What is included in every trip?
Every Tovy trip includes: branded T-shirt, cooler box with ice and bottled water, charging ports on board, 24/7 WhatsApp support, and a safety briefing before departure.
✓ Do you accept children?
Yes, children are welcome on most trips. Children under 5 may travel free (no seat allocated). Please notify us at booking to make appropriate arrangements.
✓ What documents do I need?
For trips outside Botswana you need a valid passport. For SA trips you may also need a yellow fever certificate depending on your travel history. We guide you through all requirements.
✓ Can I get a custom itinerary?
Absolutely. We specialise in custom group itineraries for corporate clients, schools, churches, and large families. Contact us with your group size and preferred dates.
